| 1. Place in mould with cooking paper and prick with a fork. Divide apricots into 4 portions, remove thepits and add to the mould. Powder with 2 spoons of sugar. 2. Bake pie for 30 minutes at 205degC. 3. During this time, to add egg, cream and 2 spoons of sugar in a bowl and whip. 4. Remove pie from oven and add cream (step 2) and let sit for 15 minutes. |
