| A simple and quickly prepared salad. |

| 1. Clean the nuts and fry them until they turn white. (watch your time carefully. You do not want them to become too firm). 2. While the nuts are cooking, cut small pieces of ginger, garlic cloves, pepper, and chives. 3. Remove the nuts from the frying pan and put in the vegetables, adding soya sauce. Add the nuts back in and cook for 1 minute, then remove. 4. To clean Bok Choy (or cabbage), cut, fry, and distribute evenly on individual plates. Add nuts and sauce. |
