| 1. Cook the chicken in a frying pan with a little oil. While it is cooking, mince the chives. 2. Finely minced the chicken and mix it with the chives and soya sauce.(This is the basis of your ravioli) 3. To prepare the gravy: Mix chicken boullions with boiling water. 4. During this time, you can prepare the ravioli. Place the mixture into the center of the wonton. Coer the edges with egg yolk and close the raviolis completely. (If this isn't done properly, they will come apart.) 5. Mix the sauce, ravioli, shrimp (cleaned and peeled), Soya Sauce, and chives. |
