| Here is an Indian recipe for butter chicken. |

| 1. To prepare Garam Massala (use this recipe) or find it in a specialized store. 2. in a non-stick pan, add pepper powder, and garam massala (without butter...). 3. Mix spices in frying pan. Add garlic, ginger, white vinegar, tomato puree and yogurt and mix. 4. Place the marinating chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 hours. 5. In a buttered frying pan, place finely chopped onions. Over low heat, add marinaded chicken and wait 15 minutes. Add paprika, crushed tomatos (these have been crushed beforehand and mixed with a half glass of water). Increase heat until sauce starts to boil. Then, lower heat and cook for 40 minutes. 6. Serve with basmati rice. 7. Note: The Indian recipe can be very spicy. Adapt the quantity of pepper according to your taste. 8.
