| In this cake recipe, there are two main things to remember, the butter must be soft and the milk must be tepid. |

| 1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. In a mixing bowl, combine soft butter and sugar. Add flour and milk. 2. On the side, assemble the white snows and then add gently to a mixing bowl. 3. Scrape the inside of the vanilla pod and to add to the mixture. 4. Mix and pour into a cake pan. 5. Place in oven preheated to 180degC for 45 minutes. |
