| 1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with sugar and set aside. 2. Dissolve chocolate with 2 cups of water. Mix well, and add 150 g of butter. 3. Add 150 g of flour to the yellow-sugar mixture as well as the prepared white snows. 4. Put in a buttered and floured pie pan. 5. Preheat oven to 180 C and cook for 35 minutes. 6. Powder the chocolate cake with icing sugar before serving. |
