| 1. In a bowl, put flour, ice-cold water, egg yolk, and a pinch of salt. Whip together. 2. Soak the zucchini florettes in the paste and oil mixture. 3. When the zucchini fritters are toasted, place them on absorbant papers to help soak up excess grease. 4. Note: In the photograph, you have the zucchini florettes in the center and the rest of the fritter is on the bottom right of the plate. |
