| An ideal recipe to begin a meal. This recipe is quick and easy to cook. |

| 1. Clean with a knife by removing the mushroom stem. Mince shallots Rinse parsley. 2. Melt a pat of butter in a frying pan and add mushrooms for 5 minutes (the mushrooms will absorb moisture that they have lost as well as the butter). Add shallots and simmerfor 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Present on small plates and garnish with parsley. (optional, pour on a little bit of fresh, low fat cream). It is ready to eat. 4. (Suggestion) We advise you to clean in advance. |
