Saffron rice (Cholezard )

This rice dessert is of Iranian origin. For garnish, add crushed pistachios.
Level:Easy
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time:15 minutes
Directions :
1. Mix saffron with a few spoonfuls of boiling water. Set aside.

2. Cook rice with warm water over medium heat. When rice is tender, add sugar and mix. Add saffron, cinnamon, almonds and the rose water. Stir continuously for 10 minutes.

Ingredients for 3 people
Water: 4.0 Verre
Powdered Sugar: 0.5 Verre
Scented Thai Rice: 1.0 Verre
Freshly Ground Cinnamon: 2.0 Pincee
Freshly Ground Saffron: 2.0 Pincee
Split Almonds: 0.5 Verre
Rose water: 0.5 Verre
Un-salted Pistachios: 5.0 Unite
