Leek vinaigrette |

| Level:Facile Preparation time: 5 minutes Cook time:20 minutes |
| 1. Cut leeks and only keep the white parts. Wash and cut lengthwise. 2. Steam leeks or cook in a large salt water pot for 20 minutes. During this time, cook hard-boiled eggs (for 10 minutes in salted boiling water.). 3. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Drain leeks and distribute evenly on plates. Remove shells from eggs, cut in sections and plakce on leeks. Sprinkle with vinaigrette. |
