| 1. Soften onions in a frying pan on low heat, careful not to make them burn. Salt and pepper to taste. 2. Add the flour, then milk to the frying pan, constantly mixing. Remove from heat and add eggs. 3. Butter pie plan and flour lightly to prevent it from sticking. Prick the pastry with a fork. Add the contents of the frying pan and place on the cover. 4.
