| Here is a recipe for poultry liver. You can chill it in the refrigerator and use it for several days. |

| 1. Mince onion, garlic and parsley. Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan over low heat. Add chicken livers and brown for 10 minutes. Add the mince and stir for 10 minutes.
