Pot of poultry liver

Here is a recipe for poultry liver. You can chill it in the refrigerator and use it for several days.
Level:Difficult
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cook time:15 minutes
Directions :
1. Mince onion, garlic and parsley. Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan over low heat. Add chicken livers and brown for 10 minutes. Add the mince and stir for 10 minutes. Sprinkle congnac and bring to a flame.

2. Cook hard boiled eggs.

3. In a mixing bowl, put the contents of the frying pan and hard boiled eggs. Mix and add salt and pepper. Add nuts (do not mix) and pour in a pot.

4. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

5. Prepare the icing as indicated. Leave the pot in the refrigerator and add a thin layer of icing. Decorate (parsley, thyme, bay leaf in a flower shape) and place in pot once the first icing layer is set. Use the remaining frosting. Place in the refrigerator until the second layer sets. .

Onion: 2.0 Unite
Poulotry Liver: 700.0 Gramme
Nuts: 50.0 Gramme
Egg: 3.0 Unite
Garlic Pod: 1.0 Gousse
Gelled Madeira: 1.0 Sachet
Cognac: 3.0 Cuillere a soupe
