Potato pancakes |
| This recipe can be accompanied by stewed apples or by a small green salad. |
| Level:Facile Preparation time: 15 minutes Cook time:20 minutes |
| 1. Peel potatoes and onions and wash parsey. Cook minced parsley and onions. 2. Grate the potaotes and then hand dry them, squeezing all of the juice from them. 3. In a large salad bowl, put grated potatoes, 2 eggs, onions and parsley and mix. Add salt and pepper. (Do not do this ahead of time, as it needs to be prepared right away) 4. In large pan, heat sunflower oil. With a soup spoon, make heaps from the mixture in the salad bowl and flatten with a fork. Brown on each side for 15 minutes. 5. Drain excess grease with absorbant paper. |
