Red fruit crumble

A recipe for red fruit crumble. Enjoy!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time:30 minutes
Directions :
1. Butter a small dish (which will go tin the oven). Peel apples and dice them. Add them and red fruit to the dish.

2. In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cover the preceding dish with this mixture.

3. Put the dish in an oven preheated to 180degC for 30 minutes.

4. Serve hot with a spoon of fresh cream.

5. (Suggestion) For a faster version, but no less delicious, use frozen fruits. For a reduced fat version, use fat free cream.

Strawberry: 50.0 Gramme
Raspberry: 50.0 Gramme
Soft butter: 75.0 Gramme
Apple: 2.0 Unite
Freshly Ground Cinnamon: 1.0 Cuillere a cafe
Blackberries: 50.0 Gramme
Currant: 50.0 Gramme
Flour: 75.0 Gramme
Thick Fresh Cream: 200.0 Gramme
Brown Sugar (dark): 75.0 Gramme
