| 1. (Suggestion) the cream should be stored in the refrigerator in a large bowl before use. 2. When the cream is cooled, whip with a wisk. When it begins to thicken, add the sugar and continue to beat until it becomes solid. (i.e if you turn over the bowl, the mixture should stick ). 3.
