| 1. Cook rice in salted boiling water with 2 eggs. Remove the eggs after 2 minutes and cool them under cold water. 2. Clean and mince fresh mushrooms. Sprinkle them with fresh lemon juice. 3. In a salad bowl, English mustard, oil, cider vinegar of cider, and add your drained rice, hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms and cut capers or gherkins. Mix and serve. |
