Perigord Salad |
| An exceptional and delicious salad recipe. |
| Level:Facile Preparation time: 10 minutes Cook time:15 minutes |
| 1. Cook hard-boiled eggs (for 10 minutes in salted boiling water). 2. (During this time, prepare vinaigrette) Put in a small bowl (or glass), sunflower oil, cider vinegar, and mustard. Add salt, pepper and mix with a fork. 3. Melt gizzards in a frying pan and remove them from their grease. 4. On each plate, distribute salad, gizzards, secioned tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs cut in half, and radishes. Add vinaigrette and nuts. |
