| This salmon carpaccio recipe is perfect if you are looking for a fresh and light meal. |

| 1. Freeze the salmon in the refigerator. (This will make it easier to cut thin sections). 2. Leave salmon the refrigerator and remove skin using a serrated knife. Cut out thin sections and place them on plates. 3. Cover the salmon steaks with lemon juice, then wait until the sections are defrosted. Add 2 spoons of olive oil soup to each plate and sprinkle with fresh dill. (grate the dill above each plate), add salt and peppercorns. 4. (Suggestion) Add some capers to the plate. 5.
