| Level:Difficult Preparation time: 15 minutes Cook time:10 minutes |
| 1. (To prepare rice) Rinse rice with clear water. In a pan, boil an equal number of glasses of water as you have rice. Pour rice in the pan and allow water to evaporate. Lower heat and cover for 5 minutes. When the water is gone, the rice is ready. Because the rice is starting to stick, you can now make the makis or sushi. 2. Cut salmon into long pieces. Repeat this step with the avacados. Place the ingredients in the middle of the roller. 3. Place a sheet (the shortest side in front of you) on a dry plate. Place a fine layer of rice on all the surface. (leave a small edge uncovered at the other end of the sheet). Place the salmon and avacado on the rice. Roll the sheet completely. 4. With a serrated knife, cut the maki roll in equal portions. Repeat. Serve with Wasabi and soya sauce. 5. Note: Now you can make makis! Move on to the Yakitori chicken and create ann entire japanese meal with Dream of Menus! |
