Scallops with melted leeks |

| This is a quick and easy scallops and leek fondue recipe. |
| Level:Facile Preparation time: 5 minutes Cook time:10 minutes |
| 1. Remove the leeks and cut them and keep the whites. Cut into pieces. 2. Melt leeks in a buttered frying pan over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes while constantly stirring. 3. Rince nuts and place in a buttered frying for 5 minutes on each side. Lower heat and leavde for another 5 minutes. 4. Put leeks and nuts on plate. Add cream in the same frying pan. heat cream over low heat. Pour onto each plate and serve immediately. 5. Note: This recipe is easy and quick. Choose big nuts. |
