Scallops with melted leeks

This is a quick and easy scallops and leek fondue recipe.
Level:Facile
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time:10 minutes
Directions :
1. Remove the leeks and cut them and keep the whites. Cut into pieces.

2. Melt leeks in a buttered frying pan over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes while constantly stirring.

3. Rince nuts and place in a buttered frying for 5 minutes on each side. Lower heat and leavde for another 5 minutes.

4. Put leeks and nuts on plate. Add cream in the same frying pan. heat cream over low heat. Pour onto each plate and serve immediately.

5. Note: This recipe is easy and quick. Choose big nuts.

Ingredients for 2 people
Soft butter: 50.0 Gramme
Reduced fat cream: 4.0 Cuillere a soupe
Leek: 2.0 Unite
walnut: 8.0 Unite
