| A recipe for authentic spring rolls. |
| Level:Easy Preparation time: 13 minutes Cook time:6 minutes |
| 1. Cut the rumpstak into thin pieces. Cut chives into identical lengths. 2. Sear the rumpsteak in a hot frying pan. (only a few seconds on each side) Remove them from the frying pan and cover with soya sauce. 3. Cook rice noodles in boiling water. 4. For each roll: soak rice pancake in luke-warm water until it is moldable. In the centre, place the meat, chives, and noodles, and roll it together. 5. Serve with a generous portion of sauce. |
