| 1. Clean the moulds, heat them in a large pan and then shake them loose. 2. Drain the moulds in a strainer. Let cool and only keep the half with the flesh. Place in a dish in the oven and add a piece of butter to each one. 3. Put the moulds in an oven preheated to 180degC until they gel, but don't blacken. |
