| Level:Facile Preparation time: 10 minutes Cook time:5 minutes |
| 1. Marinate each sode of the steak in soya sauce for 1 hour. (the meat will absorb the sauce). 2. (To prepare the Thai sauce for this recipe) Mix fresh lemon juice with a finely chopped shallot. Add fish sauce. Finely chop the coriandre before adding it to the sauce. Remove the seeds from a pepper and cut it before adding it to the sauce (add some seeds enhance the taste). Add sugar, mix , then set aside. 3. Place steak in a slightly oiled frying pan (cook to your preference). Cut steak into fine sections so that they can be eaten with bread sticks. 4.
