| Tiramisu is an Italian dessert containing Mascarpone. Enjoy! |

| 1. Seperate the whites and yolks. Put whites in a bowl and the yolks on a flat surface. 2. Beat the yolks with sugar until the mixture triples in volume (use a whisk). Gradually add the mascarpone with a teaspoon. (This is the secret to a successful mascarpone). 3. Assemble the white snows around and mix gently with the initital preperation. 4. Make a cup of lyophylized coffee. 5. Put the coffee in a bowl and quickly soak the buscuits. Place 2 buscuits in each cut in the dessert. Gently add the preceding mixture in each cut. 6. Right before serving, add powder to chocolate. |
