Yogurt and spinach (Bourani) |
| This is a traditional Iranian recipe for yogurt and spinach. |
| Level:Facile Preparation time: 5 minutes Cook time:10 minutes |
| 1. Wash and cut the spinach. Cook over low heat without water, but add a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool and mix with yogurt. Serve in small bowls. |
